Read-A-Thon:
Today we had Eric Harvie's "Read-A-Thon" kick-off led by our student teachers. Every day this week students will be participating in a different reading activity. Tomorrow is our DEAR (Drop Everything And Read). Students at different times in the school day will stop what they are doing and read. The "Read-A-Thon" brochures were been sent home today. Please check your child's communication folder. If you are participating in the "Dress your favourite book character," please return picture order forms and money by Wednesday so we can organize students for the pictures on Thursday. All money raised through the "Read-A-Thon" will help to purchase more books for our school library. Happy Reading!

Calgary Reading House & Central Library Field Trip:
Aspen & Tamarack Home Rooms will be going on a their field trip on Wednesday, March 6th to Calgary Reads House and the New Central Library. If you have not done so, please sign and return the field trip forms. Tamarack is all full for volunteering opportunities.
