Tomorrow is Chickadee and Elbow's day to visit the Central Public Library & Calgary Reads.  Please dress for the weather, bring a litter-less lunch, water, and snacks.  Students are walking to the library and Calgary Reads.  We expect students to be dressed appropriately for being outside (hat, mitts, scarf, snow pants, boots) especially as our Calgary weather changes so quickly.  If you have questions or concerns, please email your responsibility teacher.  Please be on time :)

JOY POD

It was a busy short week in Joy Pod.  The weather cooperated and we were able to enjoy the outdoors on our breaks.  Our week culminated with a fabulous Peace Assembly presented by Kindness Pod.  We had a special guest join us today, Mr. Chris Usih, the Chief Superintendent of the Calgary Board of Education.  He was able to tour the school and was able to see the amazing learning that takes place at Eric Harvie School.

Each group of learners in math are working on building their number sense.  Here are some quick things that you can do at home to make connections between home and school.
