We reflected on our weekly learning and wrote about some of our favourite activities in our visual journals.
Ask me what I learned from Roots of Empathy, how to bounce pass using a basketball, what I chose to do during Ignite and what words/reading strategies I learned this week!

One World Drumming:
Our students continue to learn songs to share with you on the morning of December 14th in a similar fashion to our performances from Sound Kreations. The performance schedule is provided below:

Music:
We had drumming again today... we are working on patterns in drumming.  What a great connection to what we are doing in our classrooms. Our next lesson will be on Monday, December `10th.  

One World Drumming:

Our drumming residency started today and the sounds of drums have filled the hallways. Our students will be learning songs to share with you on the morning of December 14th in a similar fashion to our performances from Sound Kreations. The schedule with specific times is being confirmed with our instructor and we will let you know as soon as we do.

Physical Education:
In Phys Ed, we continue to practice our basketball skills.  We have been focusing on dribbling, stopping and staying in control of our basketball.
